Wine is inseparable from Basque cuisine and culture. Overseen by our Manager Fernando Moreno Castillo, we have built a collection of over 300 Spanish and Basque wines to compliment Chef Joseba's dishes. Our list focuses on the Basque wine growing regions of Rioja Alavesa, Navarra, Txacoli and Irouleguy offering both traditionally crafted wines and those exhibiting a more international style. Other great wine regions such as Ribera del Duero and Priorat are also well represented. The list is rounded out by unique wines from various smaller regions as well as many sherries and dessert wines offered by the glass.

Corkage Policy: We are happy to open any bottle from your cellar which is not identical to one on our current list. Our corkage fee is $30 per 750ml bottle.
