100% Albariño; alcohol: 13.5%; Eidos’ own and neighboring small garden parcels overlooking Sanxenxo harbor in the extreme westernmost, maritime reaches of D.O. Rias Baixas; granite slopes; ungrafted vines over 25 years; hand harvested with 2 selection passes; fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks using only indigenous yeasts; aged in tank until February bottling.

Greenish-yellow color. A floral nose with a saline, mineral touch, underscored by stone fruit and white flesh. The palate is rich yet fresh with fruit and complex texture, leading to a long-lasting, hearty finish.
