Pintxos: Txistorra en Hojaldre: navarran pork sausage wrapped in puff pastry

Tortilla Española: potato onion omelette with alioli

Pulpo y Garbanzo: octopus & chickpea salad

Roncal con Gordal: sheeps milk cheese with gordal olive

Second Course

Ensalada de Setas: roasted oyster mushroom salad with curly endive, romesco & anchovy

Third Course

Sol Petral: pan roasted petrale sole with salt cod potato mousse, oil cured black olive, orange & viscaina

Fourth Course

Rabo de Toro: braised oxtail wrapped in pastry with sauteed white chard & celeriac puree

Fifth Course

Crema Catalana: catalonian style custard with pomegranate ice cream filled profiterole & polvorones
